What is SoilSoc?
The name SoilSoc is derived from words "Soils and Society", and it refers to the fact that soils are an unrenewable natural resourse, upon which all societies depend on.
SoilSoc is a name both for the network of soil science teachers, students and researchers from all five Nordic countries, as well as for the Nordic collaboration programme in graduate education.

Who can take part on the SoilSoc intensive courses?
Any degree or exchange student registered at any of the NOVA universities or faculties. To find out whether your university is a member of the NOVA University Network, check the NOVA link on the SoilSoc homesite frontpage.
Course organisers may also decide to accept other students, but they may be charged a course fee.
